New Startup Example 1: An international software MNC was moving its Regional HQ from Japan to Singapore. Due to the political sensitivity of not choosing the other country, this MNC was looking for a search firm that could scout in silent without causing any rippers in the industry, yet could do it in double speed within a short period. They were looking for middle and senior level executives with Japanese, Chinese and English linguistic skills to fill about 20 positions.
